Peter L. Lovley was named General Agent of National Life’s Maryland Agency in March 2006, after three and a half years as General Agent of National Life’s Maine Agency. Since his appointment with National Life, Peter has focused on expanding the Group’s client services.  Through Professionalism, Expertise and Integrity, National Financial Legacy Group provides products and services to the advanced markets.

 

Peter’s experience includes five years as an Agency Supervisor, followed by eleven years as a General Agent, during which time he received several leadership awards.  Peter was the 2004 recipient of the Clyde R. Welman Award for recognition of superior agency operation, as well as the Conservation Award for outstanding efforts in life insurance conservation.  In 2003 and 2004 Peter earned the Bronze GAMA International Management Award, he earned the Silver Award in 2005 and 2006, and Gold in 2007.  Peter was the 2007 recipient of the PRIDE Awards, given by his peers for best exemplifying Production, Recruiting, Inspiration, and Dedication to NLFA and Excellence in Operation.  He was also recognized in 2007 with the Agency Builder AwardHis experience encompasses all areas of financial planning*, but his specialties include retirement and estate planning, as well as working with the senior market.

 

Peter is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA), and the Financial Planning Association. 

 

*Peter is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Equity Services, Inc., and offers securities in Maryland.   

Peter is insurance-licensed in Maryland, as well as, PA, VA, FL, DE, DC, NJ, NY, TX, GA, WV, NH, ME, MA, VT and IA.

Peter resides in Lutherville, Maryland with his wife Deborah, while his daughters Bethany and Stefani attend Universities.
